Hugh M. Long, Jr. '47 Endowed Scholarship:Preference given to an incoming student who is a graduate of a public high school in Baldwin County and demonstrates financial need. Incoming freshmen must have a minimum 27 ACT or 1210 SAT score to receive consideration.
Criteria for General Scholarships include but are not limited to
geography, class standing, academics, financial need, and/or affiliation with a particular organization. General Scholarships are awarded for one year with award amounts varying from $500 to tuition (2/3 tuition for non-residents). Approximately 50% of General Scholarships give preference to incoming freshmen, and approximately 50% of them give preference to students who demonstrate financial need.
