SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIPTION
SCHOLARSHIP TITLE: Core Tech Solutions, Inc. Scholarship Endowment
PURPOSE: To provide scholarships to students majoring in chemistry or biochemistry.
SOURCE OF FUNDING: Dr. Kirti H. Valia, Ph.D., President & CEO of Core Tech Solutions, Inc.
AMOUNT OF AWARD: $600 per semester (Fall & Spring)
NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS: One
APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
o Must be in good academic standing if a current or former BCC student.
o Must submit an essay of 250-500 words scholarship application describing the goals which the applicant intends to pursue, while enrolled at Burlington County College, as well as career aspirations in the field of chemistry or biochemistry.
o Must be a resident of Burlington County.
o Must be enrolled as a second year student majoring in Chemistry or Biochemistry orBiotechnology as certified by transcript.
o Mush have achieved a 3.0 GPA.
o Mush have achieved a grade of A in CHE 105 and CHE 106.
